Duck Bay is a community located in the Canadian province of Manitoba, along the western shores of Lake Winnipegosis. The Duck Bay wharf provides berthing for 15-20 skiffs and 3-5 whitefish vessels. A gravel road to nearby Camperville, Manitoba was completed in 1952.The primary industries of the community are fishing, trapping and some agriculture. It was established at the turn of the century as a Hudson's Bay Company trading post, and is named after the bay on which it is situated. There are 10-15 boats regularly fishing from Duck Bay's harbour, with approximately 50 fishermen in total from local and surrounding areas.
